How your order reaches you

Ellorow works with carefully selected fulfilment partners, mainly based in Asia. This lets us offer on-trend pieces at fair prices without the cost of a large UK warehouse. It also means delivery takes a little longer than from a local high-street shop, and we would rather tell you that upfront.

Processing time

Orders are checked and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. The delivery time above starts once your order has been dispatched. Your total delivery time is usually 9 to 17 business days from the moment you order.

Christmas delivery

Ordering a gift or an outfit for the holidays? To give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas, we recommend ordering by 1 December. Orders placed after that date are dispatched as normal, but may arrive after Christmas.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs checks, carrier delays, weather and busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas can occasionally add a few days, and in rare cases delivery can take up to 25 business days. If your order is taking longer than expected, email info@ellorow.com and we will look into it straight away.

Order tracking

You receive an order confirmation by email right after checkout, followed by a dispatch email with your tracking link once your order ships. Please check your spam or junk folder if either email does not arrive.

Multiple items

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. This is normal and you will not be charged extra delivery.

Taxes and import duties

All prices in our store are final prices. The amount you pay at checkout is the full amount: you will not be asked to pay customs duties, import VAT or handling fees on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for such a charge, email us at info@ellorow.com before paying and we will take care of it.

Getting your address right

Please check your delivery details carefully at checkout, as we ship to exactly what is entered. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the address can no longer be changed, and we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
